General conditions of use
The use of the Site implies acceptance of these terms of use (hereinafter “Terms of use”).
IMPERIVM reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time and without notice being due. To be updated of any changes, IMPERIVM recommends to the User to frequently read the Terms of Use. The use of the Site will be subject to the Terms of Use in force at the time of use.
1) Purpose
1.1 The Site is an e-commerce site that allows the sale of cosmetic products, perfumes and other beauty products and accessories to users who browse the Site.

4.1 Site

4.2.2 The User acknowledges the exclusive rights of IMPERIVM relating to the “Vita vitae beauty” brand and undertakes not to breach the latter’s intellectual property rights. IMPERIVM reserves the right to request any damages in case of counterfeiting and, more generally, in case of violation of intellectual property rights.
4.2.3 All other logos that appear on the Site are owned either by IMPERIVM, or by partners or suppliers of IMPERIVM and for which legitimate use has been granted. Any use, total or partial reproduction or use of these trademarks and illustrations and of all the Content is subject to the express consent by IMPERIVM or by the owner of the property rights concerned. The same applies to all copyrights, designs, patents that appear and/or are used on the Site.
4.3 Hyperlink
4.3.1 The Site may contain links to other websites or other Internet sources. To the extent that IMPERIVM cannot control such external sites and sources, IMPERIVM cannot be held responsible for the availability of such external sites and sources and cannot assume any responsibility for the content, advertising, products, services or any other information or data available on or from such sites or external sources. 6) Responsibility
6.1 The User must not interfere or interrupt the functionality of the Site.
